Hotel Room Renovation for an Upgraded Hospitality Experience

Our company undertook and successfully completed the full renovation of the rooms at Mareblue Resort and Spa, located in Agios Spyridonas, Corfu.

The renovation was designed to combine functionality with modern aesthetics, offering guests a refreshed and high-quality accommodation experience. The focus was on enhancing comfort and practicality, aiming to deliver a complete and enjoyable stay. The design incorporated modern amenities, ergonomic furnishings, and a pleasant atmosphere that welcomes guests into a renewed, high-standard space.

Specifications

Strict specifications were set based on the resort’s needs, focusing on material durability, space ergonomics, and compliance with local regulations. These ensured that the renovation met both functional and aesthetic requirements while respecting the architectural identity of Mareblue Resort and Spa.

Technical Features

The project was carried out using high-quality, certified materials, including high-friction, durable floor tiles, energy-efficient lighting, and advanced air conditioning systems. New electrical and plumbing installations were implemented, with emphasis on safety and ease of maintenance.

Safety & Regulations

The project was designed and executed in full compliance with current safety guidelines and standards, including seismic specifications, fire safety, and secure electrical installations. Provisions were also made for accessibility and visitor protection.

Implementation Phases

The project was organized into phases, beginning with a needs assessment and design, followed by material selection and work scheduling, through to execution and final delivery. Each phase was coordinated to ensure the continuous operation of the resort and to minimize disruption to daily activities.

Quality & Durability

Aesthetics & Design

The design approach blended traditional Cycladic aesthetics with modern minimalism. Earthy tones, natural materials, and bright colors were chosen to enhance the sense of space and tranquility. Furnishings were selected to offer both comfort and functionality, with an emphasis on elegance.
